CueArr
CueArr
For Agencies & Brands
The Privateer's Charter

Wearable media,
under your command.

Put a CueArr on the shirts, aprons, badges and merch your campaigns already print — then re-point every one of them whenever you like. Change a thousand destinations at once, schedule a flight months ahead, and run real-world games off the same code. The print run stops being the end of the campaign.

Spring Campaign
4,812 codes live
Chapter I · The Charter

Four things you can run
from one console.

Every CueArr you issue stays yours to command — long after the goods have shipped.

Issue

Merch that stays live

Put CueArrs on the shirts, aprons, hats, lanyards and print you already produce. Every code is issued under your account and stays under your control — not the wearer's.

Direct

Re-point thousands at once

Upload a spreadsheet or filter a campaign and send every code somewhere new. Preview exactly what will change before it happens, and undo it if the brief changes at five o'clock on a Friday.

Schedule

Flights with a start and an end

Set destinations to change on a date, in the right local timezone. Every campaign carries a defined fallback, so when the flight ends the goods in the field land somewhere sensible instead of nowhere.

Play

Games in the real world

Turn a giveaway into an activation. Scavenger hunts across a venue, tag between wearers, hunts that run across a city — all keyed to the codes you already put on the merch.

Chapter II · Two Ways To Sail

Agency or in-house —
same ship.

The platform does not care whether the accounts underneath you are clients or your own locations. Everything below is included either way.

For Agencies

Run campaigns for your clients

Add each client, run their campaigns under your account, and give them a read-only login so they can watch the numbers without asking you for a deck.

  • Separate workspaces per client — nobody sees anybody else's numbers
  • Your team, with permissions scoped to the clients they actually work on
  • Client-ready reporting and exports with the campaign already broken out
  • Resell it as a line item — setup, management, activation
Priced by client, not by seat — so adding a colleague never costs you anything.
For Brands & Organizations

Run campaigns across your locations

Same platform, one level renamed. Where an agency has clients, you have stores, branches, venues or regions — each with its own codes, its own destinations and its own numbers.

  • Separate workspaces per location, region or business unit
  • Head office sets the campaign; each site gets its own destination
  • Roll reporting up by region, or drill down to a single store
  • Franchise and multi-brand structures work the same way
Priced by location — the per-site rate drops sharply as the estate grows.
Worked example · National retail chain

2,300 stores. One shirt design. Every store says something different.

One code per store

Every associate's shirt carries the CueArr for the store they work in. Same artwork on every garment; the destination is what differs.

A scan means something local

A customer in the garden department scans a shirt and lands on that store's seasonal guide — local stock, this week's clinic, the aisle they actually need.

Head office moves the season

In March every store points at planting guides. In October the same shirts point at leaf blowers. One bulk change, scheduled ahead, applied by region.

Store openings become events

Run a scavenger hunt across the departments for opening weekend. Same codes, no new print, and the traffic shows up in the numbers.

Chapter III · The Helm

Built for teams
that answer to someone.

Multi-user from the ground up, with the controls you need when a mistake is printed on ten thousand garments.

Permissions

Scoped to the work

Account managers see only their clients or regions. Editors can change destinations but not publish. Analysts get the numbers and nothing else.

Bulk

Preview, then commit

Every bulk change shows exactly what it will do before it does it — and stays reversible afterwards. Ten thousand codes is a normal Tuesday, not a leap of faith.

Audit

Who changed what, when

A complete history of every re-point, schedule and publish, per user. When someone asks what happened on Friday, the answer takes ten seconds.

Reporting

Numbers your client will accept

Scans over time, per campaign, per location, per code. Exportable, and available to your client as a read-only login if you would rather they self-served.

Safe Scanning

Every destination validated

Scans are checked before anyone lands. No rogue redirects on merchandise carrying your client's logo — the reputational risk of a hijacked code is not one worth taking.

Your Domain

Codes that read as theirs

Run scans through your own domain, or your client's, so the address under the code carries the right brand. Available as an add-on.

Chapter IV · The CueArrena

The part nobody else
can copy.

Any vendor can sell you a QR code that changes. None of them have a game platform with players already in it.

Scavenger Hunt

Hunts across a venue or a city

Hide waypoints behind codes on merch, posters and fixtures. Players scan to claim a find and climb a leaderboard you control.

Tag

Wearer versus wearer

Scan someone else's shirt to tag them. Turns a giveaway crowd into participants, and turns merch into a reason to approach a stranger.

Private Instances

Your game, your walls

Branded, invite-only or geo-fenced instances — your activation, not a public free-for-all, but running on a platform that already has players.

Scheduled

Runs when the campaign runs

Games start and end with the flight. Opening weekend, a festival, a season — set it once and let it close itself.

The Ledger

Priced by what
you actually run.

Agencies pay by client. Brands pay by location. Nobody pays by seat — adding a colleague should never cost you money.

Talk to us

Annual billing takes two months off. Overage is charged rather than cut off — a campaign doing well should never stop working.

Bring us a campaign.

The fastest way to see whether this fits is to run one. Tell us about a campaign you have coming up — a launch, a season, an event — and we will show you what it looks like with CueArrs on the merch.
